For example : 35 grams of Santa Sofia Estate, Santa Ana, El Salvador at 204 degrees for 40 seconds will give you a mixed aroma of Jasmin and Orange. If you program a new brew time and temperature, raising the heat from 205 degrees to 208 and increasing brew time from 40 to 55 seconds you'll start feeling the taste of chocolate.

So not only is each cup brewed to order, but the way each cup is brewed can be tailored. This is the most amazing feature of Clover, that you can have a personalized cup of coffee designed to your taste.
